Customer Service Officer – Ticketing & Reservation
Responsibilities:
• Carry out assigned Reservation / Ticketing duties for airlines
• Attend to inquiries from customers
Requirements:
• Min SPM, possess an IATA / UFTAA Diploma or its equivalent • Min 1 – 2 years experience in similar capacity in airlines/travel industry
• Good command in English • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge in Computerized Reservation System, i.e. Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo • Computer literate
Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and motivate sales and marketing activities for Airlines
Requirements:
• Min SPM, Diploma or Degree in equivalent
• Min 2 - 3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in airlines/travel industry will be an added
advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented
• Candidate must be willing to travel and possess own transport
Accounts Assistant/Executive
Responsibilities:
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties
Requirements:
• Min SPM, preferably with LCCI or its equivalent
• Min 1 – 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Relevant experience in airlines/travel industry will be an added advantage
• Must be computer literate – MS Word & MS Excel
• Knowledge in UBS Accounting System will be an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately and work with minimum supervision
